In Entry #59, after Jay drops his camera and the shot adjusts, there appears to be a figure in the far right, well-lit window in the building behind it - the figure seems to be watching what’s going on, but it doesn’t really move at all throughout the length of this shot (1:47 until 4:45).
Marble Hornets frequently has random, seemingly insignificant shots that end up to actually be quite important. We know that TTA is ‘always watching’, and personally I think that this could be TTA watching what is going on. I also think the figure seems to have quite a thin waist and long hair. If Jessica is TTA (or part of it), this could possibly be her.

The fact that it’s being done by TBS indicates to me that they decided to make it based on the success of their daily 3-straight hours of The Big Bang Theory
